Evening Dinner Meeting - April 4, 2017

Our Club normally meets on Tuesday mornings at 7 am; however, the first Tuesday of each month is reserved for an evening meeting instead where Rotarians, spouses and other guests are welcome to attend. Thank you to everyone who came out for our April evening meeting that was held at Santorini's Restaurant in Summerland. Our feature speakers included our Assistant Governor, Cheryle King, who joined us from Osoyoos and our own inbound Rotary Exchange Student, Josie Mehrnusch, from Germany. Cheryle spoke to our Club about recent changes in Rotary that allows Clubs more flexibility with the intention of attracting new members to the Club. Josie spoke to our Club about her experiences in Canada so far and provided an interesting presentation on her home back in Germany. Thank you for the fun presentation, Josie!
